As a company engaged in reproductive medicine, Kitazato Corporation fully recognizes that its business activities are supported by the natural environment and biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To fulfill its responsibility to pass on a rich natural environment to future generations while minimizing its impact on biodiversity, we are committed to reducing environmental impact and conserving local ecosystems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our approach is aligned with the principles of the Keidanren Declaration on Biodiversity and Action Guidelines<\/em>, and we express our support for the intent of these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Biodiversity Conservation Initiatives<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Considerations in Research and Business Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

In the development and manufacturing of products used in reproductive medicine, we consider the natural environment and implement the following initiatives to avoid adverse impacts on biodiversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Strengthened management of chemical substances, including leakage prevention, proper storage, and risk assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reduction of CO\u2082 emissions through the introduction of energy-efficient equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reduction of waste generation and improvement of recycling rates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reduction of water usage and appropriate management of wastewater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    2. Cooperation in the Conservation of Local and Indigenous Species <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
