Exclusion of transactions with anti-social forces

Kitazato Group declares that they, themselves, those who govern themselves or are governed by themselves, and employees who perform their own duties (hereinafter referred to as "members of the association"), Directors, executives, and those substantially involved in management, a person acting as an agent or intermediary for this agreement, and any other person or individuals corresponding to or similar to the above (hereinafter referred to as “oneself and one's related parties, etc.”) are currently not affiliated with anti-social forces (as defined in the following items), do not utilize anti-social forces, do not provide funds to anti-social forces, do not provide benefit to anti-social forces, and declare not having any socially condemnable relationships with anti-social forces. Furthermore, they commit to continue this stance in the future.

  • (1) Organized criminal group
  • (2) Members of organized criminal group
  • (3) Quasi-Members of organized criminal group
  • (4) Companies Associated with organized criminal group
  • (5) Racketeer groups
  • (6) Groups engaging in criminal activities under the pretext of conducting social campaigns
  • (7) Crime groups specialized in intellectual crimes
  • (8) Other individuals or entities equivalent to the above-mentioned categories

Termination of the agreement regarding the exclusion of transactions with anti-social forces

In the event that any of the following circumstances listed in the following items occur with respect to Kitazato Group or business partners of Kitazato Group, the other party may immediately terminate this contract without the need for prior notice or notification. In this case, even if the party that terminated this contract incurs damages, the party that terminated this contract shall not be responsible for compensating for any such damages.

  • (1) If it is discovered that the statements made and commitments given under the previous article are different from the facts.
  • (2) If oneself and one's related parties, etc. fall under any of the following:
    • 1. Recognized as being affiliated with anti-social forces.
    • 2. Recognized as utilizing anti-social forces.
    • 3. Recognized as providing funds to anti-social forces or offering benefit to them.
    • 4. Recognized as having a relationship with anti-social forces that should be socially condemned.
  • (3) If oneself and one's related parties, either directly or through third parties, engage in violent demands, unjustified demands exceeding legal responsibilities, intimidating behaviors, or the use of violence against the other party, spread false rumors, the use of deception or force to damage the credibility of the other party, or damage the other party's credibility or engaging in acts that obstructs the other party’s operations, etc.
