By removing the zona pellucida, this reagent may increase the likelihood that embryos which previously showed limited developmental potential can progress to the blastocyst stage, a developmental stage prepared for implantation. This approach is suitable for patients who have experienced poor embryo development in previous treatment cycles and may contribute to improved pregnancy outcomes.
