Under its corporate philosophy, “Happiness, for the Next Generations”, Kitazato Corporation fulfills its social mission of delivering joy to future generations as a medical device manufacturer primarily engaged in the field of fertility treatment, while contributing to the realization of a sustainable society.

Through collaborative research with medical institutions and research organizations in Japan and overseas, we continuously promote technological innovation and the creation of new value.

2. Initiatives to Reduce Environmental Impact

Centered on its Shizuoka Headquarters Factory, we promote the introduction of renewable energy sources such as solar power and work to reduce CO₂ emissions.

We reduce environmental impact by reviewing packaging materials (including a shift to paper-based materials) and promoting energy conservation and resource-saving initiatives.

Environmentally conscious manufacturing is implemented throughout the entire product lifecycle.

3. Respect for Human Rights and Promotion of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)

We respect the individuality and character of all employees and promote the development of a workplace where diverse human resources can fully demonstrate their capabilities.

We develop systems that support diverse working styles, including initiatives to increase the ratio of women in management positions and to promote the use of childcare leave by male employees.
