Commitment to Compliance

We require all directors and employees to comply with applicable laws and regulations, internal rules, and social norms, and to act with integrity and fairness.

In addition, to strengthen compliance, we conduct regular training and awareness programs to enhance compliance awareness among all employees.

Compliance Framework

We have established a Risk Management and Compliance Committee, chaired by the President and Representative Director, to deliberate on and oversee company-wide initiatives related to risk management and compliance.

At the departmental level, managers take the lead in ensuring appropriate business operations and mitigating risks.

Internal Reporting System (Hotline)

To enable the early detection and correction of misconduct or suspected legal violations, we have established an internal reporting hotline that can be used anonymously.

We ensure the protection of whistleblowers and maintain a system that prevents any form of disadvantageous treatment as a result of reporting.

Prevention of Harassment

To create a safe and comfortable working environment, we have established rules to prevent harassment and conduct training for managers as well as awareness-raising activities.

Anti-Corruption and Fair Business Practices

We do not engage in any acts that may lead to corruption, including bribery, improper provision of benefits, or insider trading.

Risk Management

We continuously identify and assess risks associated with our business activities and formulate preventive measures.

In the event that a material risk arises, the Committee takes the lead in ensuring a swift response and thoroughly implements measures to prevent recurrence.

Information Security

As a company engaged in the medical field, we strengthen information security measures from both a system and educational perspective to protect confidential information and personal data.

Through continuous education for all employees, we strive to maintain a high level of awareness regarding information security.
