Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

As a company engaged in reproductive medicine, Kitazato Corporation places the highest priority on ensuring the safety, security, and physical and mental health of all individuals working in its workplaces.

Given the highly specialized nature of our operations—including micromanipulation procedures, handling of chemical substances, and the manufacturing of precision equipment—ensuring occupational health and safety is fundamental to our business.

Accordingly, the Company promotes occupational health and safety initiatives based on the following policies:

  • Aim for zero occupational accidents and maintain at all times a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Protect physical and mental health and foster workplaces that support employee well-being
  • Pursue safety measures that go beyond legal compliance and aim for higher standards
